Transition Instructions

Would reccomend. Adding water can help with appealing to taste and also texture

I got this for my 15 year old boy. He was on authority mature but I wanted something I could get delivered from chewy with my other dog's food. He was also losing interest in the other food. He lost about 2 lbs and only weighing 32 I wanted to address it asap. I haven't noticed any cognitive difference but I dont think that's expected, we're also sort of past that point with him. He has dementia and he's a little loopy from arthritis meds, no food could help that. He likes the food but I have found he finds it either easier or more enjoyable to eat when I mix it with water (2 parts food to one part water, sort of like cereal) it makes a sort of gravy and he seems to like that more than I got this for my 15 year old boy. Seems to make a difference

It was recommended that I try this food for my 11.5 year old lab who seemed to be having cognitive issues due to old age. The vet who recommended it said she was not convinced at first until she really tried it on her old dog and saw a difference. I think I'm seeing changes for the better with my old boy. Less nervousness and more calm. He's been on it for about 2 weeks but not wholly on it yet.

I think this is a good food for sure, it is a bit overpriced from what I can see. Seems like they are just selling you "special food" but not enough special about it to offset the cost. I will try a second bag out on an older dog I have, if she continues to be more active and sound maybe I will reconsider. Had other variable changes at the time of the dog food switch so hard to tell.

Bright Mind has made an enormous difference to my 15-year-old cockapoo. No more night wanderings or aimless barking or anxiety. Her personality is back! I recommended it highly for older dogs with dementia problems. And the kibble is crumbly & easy for them to chew. It's becoming hard to find in my local pet stores: Chewy delivered in less than 24 hours!

This review is for the whole order. I have no time to review each item separately. Everything was great, except the dry dog food bag was torn and it's content was all at the bottom of the box. This is okay, I just poured it all in a baggie. No worries! You all have some great holidays!

The best - keeps my old girl curious

I switched to this food a few years ago when I decided to give up grain-free food. It was supposed to be a temp switch but I couldn't believe the difference I saw in my dog's alertness and her enthusiasm for life, it was like she was much younger! She also had fewer gastro problems after switching. So now I've kept her on it and at 14 she is still very mentally alert and doing really well. Really highly recommend it.

We saw positive results in a few days with our 11 and 10 year old Setter girls! More active, happy dance again does a victory lap around the room while I'm filling the bowls. What can I saw, it works.

PPP Bright Mind is wonderful

Senior dog has been on PPP Bright Minds for awhile. With the packaging changes it became hard to find locally so briefly he was moved to another food. He became highly anxious and fearful of normal sounds. Ordered Bright Minds through Chewy, got the bag and one week later we have returned to "normal"

Our 12 year old beagle/ lab mix did nothing but sleep and pass gas prior to switching her to this food. She seems more alert, she is awake more, her hearing even seems better. I could just cry with how happy I am. I don't know what is in this food, but it is definitely bringing out her younger, happier self.
